As a natural leader and go-to person at Contec's Flatwood plant, Gustavo received a record number of nominations this year. His colleagues from Flatwood and across the company praised his willingness to jump in and help out however needed. Gustavo's ability to provide assistance and guidance to those around him has made a significant difference in the workplace.
